Return Policy: Luhwomann Studios

Every piece created through Luhwomann Studios is made with intention. Many are one of one, and all are handled with care before they ever reach you. Because of the nature of this work, all sales are considered final, with limited exceptions outlined below.


All Sales Final

Due to the original and often one-of-a-kind nature of the artwork, returns and refunds are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind or preference.


Damaged Items

If your piece arrives damaged, I want to make it right.

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email cas@luhwomannstudios.com
  • Include:
    • Your order confirmation (proof of purchase)
    • Clear photos of the damage
    • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, a resolution will be offered based on the situation. This may include:

  • Repair (for original works, when possible)
  • Replacement (if available)
  • Store credit
  • Refund (in select cases)

Return shipping costs for damaged items will be covered.


Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located—or appears lost in transit:

  • Please reach out via email
  • A 7-day window will be used to work with the shipping carrier to locate the package

If the package is confirmed lost, you will be offered:

  • A replacement (if available), or
  • Store credit

Custom & Commission Work

Custom pieces are created specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • A deposit is required to begin all commission work
  • The only exception is in the case of damage during shipping (see “Damaged Items” above)

Print-on-Demand Items (Apparel & Collectibles)

These items are produced through a third-party partner.

  • All sales are final
  • Damaged or defective items must still be reported within 48 hours
  • Resolutions will follow the same process outlined above

Sale Items

All discounted or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


Order Eligibility

  • Proof of purchase is required for all claims
  • Luhwomann Studios reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the conditions outlined above

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage
  • Any relevant details

Shipping Availability

At this time, Luhwomann Studios only ships within the United States. International orders are not currently accepted.
